Am I your ideal architect?

Whell thats a question I' cant answer for you. But ofcourse i wouldn't write this post if I couldn't serve you by helping you making that descission.

I believe that a good connection starts with how we value certain believes and motivations.

Wheter we are a matching team is depending on how you stand towards my way of making decissions, commiting towards others and resolving ……

I'm a genius in my line of work because I'm a creative problem solver. I demonstrate this several times over on site. I have a willingness to think beyond the surface of a problem and bring a creative set of new ideas. I demonstrate a very high personal and professional regard for the feelings and emotions of others on the team.

Workers be warned! Early in the morning or late in the evening, you wont be able to hide. i'll catch you with a smile or a bunch of questions.

One client once told me that I bring understanding of form, harmony and the big picture to the table. I love her for saying that. It is a fact that I consider a whole lot while designing an environment. One of wich is the economic impact and return a project will bring. I feel it's important to balance out both the needs and perspectives that come with it. By being a good team player and not creating dissension within the group.

But don't be fooled! Put me in a situation where winning is desired and i'll push the stakes.

What makes my designs stand out from the croud is that I bring a powerfull desire upfront in celebrating contrast. Although the feel like beeing very natural and unabridged.

I love experimenting with non conformist type of contrasting materials.

Alright, of course not all is good, I do have some traits that need improvement.

For example, my very unique approache to some questions may not always result in a complete success, and may sommetimes cause conclict with others, because i sometimes lack a bit of sensativity.

Also I may need to listen more to others and speek less.

But in my defence; i'm always open to new ideas and encourage others' imagination.

Yes, I like winning, but that makes me a good projectcoördinator. My energy's in working toward goals and ambitions is very high. I love having control over time and resources. I feel at ease beeing in a leadership position. I prefer the freedom to take risks, but also feel motivated when having clear boundaries and limits. So Yes, as in most cases. Clear agreements make longtime friends.

I do have an "end justifies the means" aproach when it comes to bending the rules. Yes, i BEND the rules. Quite often ectualy. But consider that when I do, it is out of creativeness in solving problems, not rebelliousness.

I'm just a bit impatient in solving problems quickly.

I do this by asking the right questions. I have a hight degree of curiosity in a variety of areas. Gathering the maximum amount of information always provided me with the tecnical cedibility when dealing with builders in need of detaild information. Because yes, there's still a glass ceeling, although, it is something I thend to forget, beeing reminded when I bump my head.

But hey! I like to be seen as a catalyst for change. I'll provide Insight-In your project.
